Air Quality for Cooking, Heating, and Lighting

The Environmental Protection Agency is inviting grant applications for research on quantifying, via field measurements and modeling, improvements in climate and ambient and indoor air quality, and subsequent impacts on health and welfare, resulting from ongoing, planned, or potential interventions in cooking, heating, or lighting practices. Projects should focus on communities in the developing world and on Indian tribes and Alaska Native groups.

FUNDS: $3.5 million is available for two regular awards of $1.5 million and two early career awards of $250,000, including direct and indirect costs, for three years.
